Hi,
A holding statement will only record shares after the end of deferred settlement (once the fully paid ordinary shares are settled and/or applied to the holder's account).
In the meantime, people who will receive fully paid ordinary shares can trade on a deferred basis.
Contact your broker directly to find out when they will let you do so.
