Exactly. Holding statements will be dispatched 17 Dec. Until then no one will have a holding statement. Without a holding statement no one can place a sell order. Without sell orders there will be no transactions. So, while UY's screenshot announcement speaks of "trading on ASX on a deferred settlement basis" from today 5 Dec, it's a bit hard to see how that could happen (unless some platforms will permit placing a sell order without a holding statement. But most if not all require either CHESS holding or a HIN/SIN).
