At the moment I see three bids with the highest at 25 cents. You're probably only seeing one of those bids as there is one at 20 cents

How can anyone sell? No one has either CHESS holdings in AMAL (Aus) or an Australian HIN/SIN for them. Looks to me like no one can place a sell order atm.
