Reading through I found it interesting that the seal relocation events for 2016 have increased from 145 to 151.
I assume this is 151 times seals were relocated and not 151 total seals as a number. The interesting part here is that it could be as many as 600 seals if they can take 4 at a time in the flat tray ute, but the 151 sounds better of course.
I would also like to add that it will be very interesting to find out the number of relocations in 2017 as I see two Utes every day heading up to the north of the state and back., but the kicker here is that these two utes now have car trailers made up with cages. So that's cages on the tray and cages on the trailer.
So that's more like it now holds 10 seals, 6 in the trailer and 4 in the tray, or even if we say 4 in the trailer and 2 in the tray that's still 5000 seals for the year that have been relocated. However I assume their numbers will still be something like "a slight elevation in relocation events with 365"..


Of course this is just what i found interesting about one part of the report, im sure there is much more but i havent got that far yet.
