I agree but just for good will you think he would hang into his performance rights given he earns a pretty reasonable salary - lets call it over 10M in the last 15 years. I sold out just over half my holdings as it was one of my larger holdings and sometimes when a CEO gets out it is a writing on the wall for some issues. It might not be a bad sign but I like management to have skin in the game.
