A lot of info in here that we never got quite the full picture of through announcements. Lots of detail on the history of the acquired businesses from IER pg. 42 onwards (pg. 111 of the actual PDF).
And this explains the whole AssetChain/GetFU debacle, which I think ate a lot of capital:
"Until recently JBFG also operated early stage fintech and foreign currency wholesale divisions. Given the early state nature of these operations and a lack of capital to fund continued operating losses, JBFG disposed of these in the early part of FY19."
The IP was "transferred to an external entity in consideration for a 10% minority interest".
