I looked into this yesterday. This police unit does appear to deal with this sort of thing but there appears to be no way to lodge a report with these units directly. They advise you to lodge a report through either crime stoppers or the police assistance line. I lodged one through crime stoppers yesterday to see what happens. I will call the police assistance line today as well.
