If accepted Taurus would hold 100% of the company for 186 + 68 = $254M
This is would be a cost approx. $1.04 per share
This would be a bargain when the Target Statement valued it at between
$1.62 to $1.92 per share
So come on Taurus let see a realistic price above $1.80
