just had a quick chat with Peter regarding the situation. he thinks what ever is in the pipe line(didn't indicate as to what) will be A LOT higher than what DC is offering at the moment. I asked about the timing, he said they would hope to announce something before the new year. cant wait to see what's in the pipe line. FRE is already has a market cap of 2 million. from my conversation with him this morning i gather the deal is much higher than 2 million market cap.
