Yes they came out after the takeover offer with their statement saying they are in talks with various people etc about a new tech deal but it seems that's not uncommon for this company and then.......nothing.
I'm only in this for the deal. Whether it be DDC raising their offer or FRE coming through with a deal it doesn't matter to me.
Just make sure you realize that if DDC remove their offer or let it lapse and FRE have not been able to source a deal it's back to .001 or fold for us.
I still wonder if the directors had already talked to DDC prior to their takeover [email protected] @thecore
