    It is only my opinion:-
    I believe this Target Statement to be an insult to the intelligence of share holders. It is full of inaccuracies if not outright lies and is desighned to mislead. I believe the BOD are testing the intelligence of its shareholders whom i believe will see through the misrepresentations
