Toro's major shareholder is Oz Minerals who have very deep pockets and a long standing interest in TOE's projects. If TOE shareholders don't get behind the Board in supporting fund raising then OZL will get to enjoy retail shareholders' wasted opportunity..via share placement, loan, joint venture or outright takeover. Hopefully the S.P.P got some decent support. I fully participated to-the-max as I appreciate company's who involve retail stakeholders rather than company's like Silver Mines SVL who stiff-us in favour of parasitic financial insto's
