I don't believe that the article is correct.
We currently have 4 Directors, (CN, GvE, KB, and DN (as of Monday)).
CN is a Risco appointee. KB is an NGP appointee, in accordance with AGM notice (page 6). Others are independent of both.
I still don't like the bid but will be active in reviewing the forthcoming statements. The Directors are appointed to act on behalf of shareholders. I am keen to see this happen.
AGM is on May 25. That may be fun.
