BGS has been in suspension for months now.
If I recall correctly they released drill results while in suspension a few weeks back. So my answer would be yes the company can continue its activities as usual.
This is a different situation to that though and many parts of advancing MNS would be by negotiating finance etc which isn't likely to progress until there is more clarity.
