Been in this one a while with J.W. Pepper, I really think they have to get into debt and buy something that they are in control of 100%

Any more deals in the current area I would think would be JV with there current partner.

If we dont do something soon and go hard we will be taken over for peanuts as BAS will become attractive to someone very soon, when that day comes the sells will be lined up in a way that maybe a few hundred million are for sale between .004 and .007 and someone will buy the lot and this could happen a few times.

In the report it said something happening very soon, this cannot happen soon enough, I feel they are treading too slow and lightly.
