Fig 4 has all the hallmarks of a inadequetely tested geochemical target, the package of folded Proterozoic calc-silicates and dolomites sounds like very prospective rocks to me, if the copper grades aren't surface enrichment and do continue at depth (which the 12m at 1% Cu in hole PD007 would suggest) then this looks like highly prospective ground in my opinion.
The Co grades don't really stand out to me at the moment but the very high Cu grades and potential for decent gold grades mean that I'm not too concerned about the Co at the moment anyway.
Will need some mapping and soil/rockchip sampling to generate drill targets but once they do get drilling there will be some structural complexities like folding and faulting to figure out
