re: Ann: Takeover Offer by Kingsgate Consolid... Duuno but its unanimously approved by all directors and thats KCN buying for sure as its heavy on the 1,9's.They will have a majority stake hold in no time and comence a cumposary takover in my view
Still its ahead 33% on what it has been over the past few months and without KCN i would be unsure whether LRC have the capacity to get started with these leases they have
