Avexa had 2.58m allied shares and 420k
of converting notes.
Equvalent of 3m allied shares.
It was just a swap to BOD shares.
Top 3 plus 3 directors hold 70% of allied.
Wonder if Mr Forest will find more time to get
involved now now that he resigned as ceo.
He took a keen interest in coridon last year.
