I thought it might have been 95%
but it becomes unconditional @ 90%
with compulsory aquistion.

With 87.0879% so far it could happen any day.

New directors 1269883 (40.64m bod)

300m will be held by these 4 out of a total of 560m.

Top 5 of BOD also hold about 50m.

Maybe some news now of bio progress would be nice.
