Interesting. Just read that the SP of Summit Resources shot up to almost par for the offer price. But I'm sure the price will retrace as people take their profits. Unless that happens I can't see the deal going through.
I'm liking the ~300-500k per year saving for Paladin that this creates. Not so much the dilution on PDN that will occur though.
