Back on track to what n where? There has to be a open review to shareholders of the complete project and prospect of if it could be viable. If not it should become a charity or uni project.

I'm not sure the market will like it. Game is up. They don't give cash but they also don't get Tag shares. They have to pay out a executive? Pay him for next 3 months? . Wave project is still in same position being desperately short of backing partners with deep pockets and ability to implement a large scale project should C6 ever produce a viable reliable output number per $ of capital invested .. So CCE has a little more cash but not enough to do much IMO and possibly new restrictive R&D and Grant environment.

Add to that new seemingly inexperienced management replacement cultured and influenced by Million dollar Mike and also IMO tarnished board who didn't resolve this earlier etc.

MO was the reason a lot of shareholders invested and kept the faith for far longer than results warranted IMO always thinking that he would pull out a rabbit. No rabbit appeared. Will they hang around? For all I hated about Million dollar Mike there is a place for someone like him on a reasonable wage.He does have a lot of contacts and knowledge from years of business and social hobknobbing around the world on CCE shareholders $ teat.

With MO gone and pretty much everything else same it will be interesting what direction gets taken, how it will be financed and what hurdles will be placed to get to a particular efficiency, cost per KWH or such hard number so investors have a fixed focus point not distracted by fluff.

Can they generate any income from patents data and IP?

How viable is their current best case model? If it isn't viable with current and proposed competing technology advancements , battery, solar, wind, regen pumped hydro , geothermal etc it is pack up the shop and close the door time.

Is there a penalty for tag deal break? Court case?

Not a lot to look forward to on Monday - Tuesday for shareholders IMO especially with more stories to come.

PS for the Bulls the ASX is trading Monday so you can buy up and for bears it may be a day to quietly exit while other states are in hangover mode. Tuesday - won't be pretty IMO unless there is more detail and I doubt that.

One more question. Why would anyone put so much effort into down ramping a stock they are not involved in the dead of night? Are you trying to save us money? If so, you are a very generous person.
