Guys, we don't need to make a counter offer on EMC.... we just need to block the sale in a resounding manner.
If nothing else, this will force TAG to make a significantly higher offer or alternatively the whole deal simply collapses.
As a top 100 shareholder in CCE, I will certainly be voting against the Tag merger deal
