    If it's decided, after the sale, that EMC's net tangible assets are less than they're stated to be right now (which is $1,917,396),

    Yes I found it interesting that EMC's current NTA is estimated to be now only $2m. We've already gone from $4.2 NTA to $2m NTA in the space of a few months.
