I'm an MTR holder and, unless there's a lot more yet to unfold, this looks like a stitch-up and you'd have to think the scoping study is going to disappoint.

The timing, insider knowledge, both co's sharing the same CEO Alex Borelli, all wrong. Terry Grammer, Chairman of MTR with a large holding (and his wife) at well above yesterdays closing price, respected in the industry, doesn't make sense that he'd be party so is he being stitched up too?
