I like the way you think..
But I also like the idea of MOD just building a monster for themselves while it gets overlooked.
They could have gone more explorer route and just try to get as many hits as possible before focusing so much on T3, but this PFS provides a really solid base for money already put in by investors and shows a future money earner without taking anything else in to consideration...

It will help underpin any future SP gains, and simply the potential is this,,, one new core sample with a 50m plus stike at over 1% on one of the regional targets, and this could take off like a penny stock speculator...

Nothing is a gaurantee but just looking at Cupric Canyon and what they have discovered in this region, there is so much opportunity for growth,and quick growth if the guys have the geology right and EM/Soil samples start pointing them in the right directions.
It's just very exciting to speculate, on top of what is already a fair investment imo based off existing PFS, which I agree with a few comments here, could be pretty understated. Particularly if copper demand & price keeps creeping up.
