Here's a link to the map showing the political boundaries. The provinces that Renamo want to "rule" are Manica, Sofala, Tete, Zambezia, Nampula and Niassa. Originally they wanted Cabo Delgado as well - for obvious reasons - but it was "won" by Frelimo at the last elections. Port Pemba is in Cabo Delgabo, however Port Nacala is in Nampula provice. That's the port SYR is currently looking to use. On the "Renamo Bill",the latest is Dhlakama has give Frelimo 2 months before he suggests "we will rule by force".
