Hi MRM, sorry for the confusion, yes was referring to SYR agreements. Yes, I suppose if these customers choose to go through a middleman they could get some of SYR Graphite this way, wonder if there is a middleman margin that they would have to pay? Suppose some will be willing to do it that way. So are we agreeing, no direct agreements between SYR and potential customers into China and Hong Kong whilst that exclusivity clause is in operation? Suppose it may be a trade off for all that "graphite market knowledge" etc, does seem to have left the door opened for others to sign those direct agreements though,doesn't it?
