I'm completely aware SYR managed to get through via the old laws, by a cats whisker.
But I also thought I made it clear I'm addressing the statement in SYR's ann regarding "private sector partners" Are you suggesting just because the licence falls within the previous Mining Act that the MOZ Govt won't be ensuring they get a slice of the action??? I think that is very naive. They missed the boat on previous mining deals (RIV/RIO), they won't make that mistake again.
The point of my above post was to show the past/present MOZ Govt officials lining up to take a slice of the oil & gas expected bounty under "private companies"
