Prime 1. you might not be up to speed on the latest gossip re the neighbour and Moz Gov't connections.
Now this is just unconfirmed rumour and inference, not announced or anything official but it goes like this.
    please pardon any spelling errors.

As you know the Fremilo is the newky re elected Gov;t with the Renamo in Opposition.
The Fremilo hold predominately the South while the Renamo hold the north.
Since the recent election in December the Parliament has been deadlocked chiefly on the question of Province Financing, the sharing out of the Resource Exploitation Taxes and Royalties between the North Middle and South Provinces electoral areas.

Now a 'problem' is that the North Remano Zone has most of these projects coal gas etc big money ones.

BUT the northern province of Cabo Delgano is considered FREMILO by all sides. It is Heartland where Fremilo first formed and organised in the 1980's.
So Cabo Delgano is under this Political Kerfuffle on Income to Provinces Fremilo, with the Balama and Anacube Graphite Royalties firmly Fremilo.

Now I don't know how SYR got sole control of their tenements. Even in the Old Mining Act there was a stricture about only Locals could apply for tenements. Of course Foreigners could develop/explore them and seemingly foreign 100% ownership achieved.
Didn't Syrah get the tenements 100% from that previous Uranium Company? Was it African Eagle another ASXer?
Most probably they did this process for 100% before they transferred it to SYR?

    Anyhow long winded aren't I?

    but here's the intriguing bit.

The Neighbour had to and is still going on with it's local Tenement "Owner" Grafex. Grafex still has a about a 18% stake in Triton or rather Legally Triton has a 82% interest in Grafex .
Now Grafex is under no obligation whatsoever for Financing. It's free carry and there has been a negotiated 100% BuY Out price agreed

BUT Prime 1 if ya still with me it is being muttered that Grafex could act as 'local ownership' under the new Mining Act and this is the best bit that Grafex is a front for a Fremilo General.
A General from Civil War Heartland, a pretty prime numero uno connection.hey ?

the web weaves even more when the Anacube Mine is 80% AMG/GK and 20% Moz Gov't and some Development Bank.

So anyway there's some Scenario news on your neighbour and the new mining act brought to you by the Siberians
