Settle down Frizzman. It's not about punters. I empathise with them. It is about the atrocious way that the results of this hole, which evidently numerous technically-minded folks knew had nothing in it, was handled by BOA. Shameful.
As for mocking, I'm not sure what counts as mocking by your response, but I'd say the armchair Uber drivers copped a lot more than those holding in hope.
