In my opinion only...i.e DYOR and make up your own mind....it Smells like the borker who was used to keep the price at 3.4c prior to CR is now offloading all of their purchased stock and writting off the $50-$100k capital loss against their generous fee income....If this is in fact the case I am not very impressed with any company that engages such dubious practices as it would be clear artificial market manipulation...once again I re-iterate this is just an opinion and I have no evidence to support this belief.
