I do not believe the company is a bad one, the project(s) look very good too me and I am sure they will pick up additional projects. But this CR has left a bad taste in my mouth (bc of the oppies) and therefore I am currently selling, at a decent loss. My cap gains situation has some influence too though.

Before anyone says "Ahh your just jealous", I could have taken up the placement myself and flogged the shares after and just kept the oppies, but that's not how I operate.

Heck if they had come to me directly and offered the CR at 3c Without options I would have been more than happy to take it up.

Having said all that, as I said before the company's projects are very good ones imo and if they can get going with production as planned, it is still very underpriced. The company remains on my watchlist and I may well decide to reinvest depending on progress.
