Depends what's going through the person's mind. Some people are at their wits end and want to sell at the first opportunity, telling themselves they are cutting losses or something. However fundamentals for this company is it's like a bud just about to burst into flower, exciting days ahead and great news coming, building up to production and profits. If they want my shares they can buy them right now - for 20c! GLTAH.
