The more I research SXA, the more I come to realise how little I know about the day to day operations. I have a reasonable understanding of what they are trying to achieve, the risks and rewards, but i am absolutely clueless about the granting of permits, the local authorities and the politics in Illinois etc.

I have complete faith in the Hoops/Prefontaine combination though. Our saving grace.
