sure - you could argue tho that regional viewers are more inclined towards old media rather than new media especially when it comes to sports viewing
also the big brands with big money - they know facebook use is down due to recent scandals - they also know youtube ads are easily blocked and isntagram ads swipe away real easy
so as you say regional is yet to be determined but i think a blanket statement from jimmy c saying that viewership/revenues are declining is old news
