I think a takeover is highly likely. The next 6 months for these guys will be very interesting as they have won some work at very very low prices. They will need to be able to execute exceptionally well to make a profit. I think their market cap is about double what it should be given the current state of the market. If they manage to get to $1.50, I'd suggest a strong sell.
