I'd have to agree about $1.60 - but anything more is not out of the question, just depends on how much momentum gets behind the stock. Unfortunately it's a small stock and out of the scope of many institutional investors. A lot of smaller retail investors don't come across SWL all too often either.
In saying that, Morgan's released their rating and increased it to Add from Hold with a target price of 6.25c. They removed their 25% discount, and if you add the 6.25c dividend, it's a 34% increase from current prices. That's epic in my opinion!
