Nice to see the market waking up to this one, often it just takes time. It's cheap, no doubt about it, the SW1 model is gaining traction. My calcs conservatively values this at 1c per share for every 1500 rooms. But the reality is that if SW1 continues to grow at the rate it is, the market will want to pay a growth premium, similar to Domino's, CSL etc. They are starting to get a good hold on construction/mining, let's see if they can tap further in to leisure and retirement.
