I cant really comment on the share price movement - there have been insto's selling that got in last June's raise due to position size after swift ran hard. IMHO it is dirt cheap - $18-$19 mil in recurring revenue for $55 mil mcap full diluted is cheap in my eyes. Management and the team working at Swift is exceptional. I suggest meeting them if you ever get a chance.
