    Yep, Agree mate. Was just trying to point out that the 2nd deal was IMO more mature as far as a business goes and felt it was a sort of walk straight up to revenue deal bought at a good price. Cheap even. I will crunch some more on the 1st deal. Let you know how i go.

    Do like the way the company has gone about it and the communication to the SH's.
