I think this is a positive announcement for mid to long term holders. ie me!

I have recently been introduced to watching esports by my 20 year old son. It's not something I will choose first choice on the SW1 network but I can see the attraction for anyone who is into gaming - watch others who are much better at it than you, learn some skills, yearn for their earnings and fame - no different to watching AFL (unless you're a Richmond or Melbourne supporter this week).

There are plenty of off-duty miners gaming on their own in their dongas and I suspect they, students and a growing number of gamers who are now employed, have disposable income and are used to subscription purchases will be happy to part with their funds to watch esports - if their employer hasn't already subscribed.

I'm a happy holder. If I had spare cash, I'd be a buyer.
