Good buying around here, i reckon. No need to pay up though since the sellers haven't shown any signs of coming down yet.
However, putting chunky lines above the market does seem a little like amateur hour. If I had to sell I certainly wouldn't be leaving my offer on the screen 15-20% above market price.
