Yes , I think most are escrowed but some might make their way to the market and that's why price trending downwards is my uneducated guess.
To be honest been extremely busy at work , haven't analysed the acquisition in too much detail. Plan to do so very soon.
4C is 2 weeks away. We will make $3.7-$4.2 mil taking us close to $16 mil and NPAT. This company will do very well in FY18. Good time to be in it. Also, we have another 83 sites in negotiation in the aged care sector.
