I thought as much - strange that HC has included all the "MM performance hurdle shares" in the market cap that is shown on this page?
From my experience, they normally don't do this?
This may prevent some people from investing in SW1 - if they don't realize that this market cap is a fully diluted number (and if they don't take the revenue / profit that MM will bring to the overall SW1 numbers)?
Not a big deal, but seemed a bit strange to me!!
