Hi Brett. That market cap of $65 mill assumes that all shares for MM have been issued which is entirely wrong. The only shares that have been issued recently to MM are 14.95 mill taking issued capital to 136 mill. IF MM records revenues 33% higher than last years number of $7.4 mill over a 12 month period, then and only then will further shares be issued to MM vendors. A further 16.7 mill shares are due to be issued shortly to the vendors of the original Swift business for hitting a key performance hurdle taking issued capital to 153 mill.
