Im going to agree with you here, i dont think this acquisition was a good move, i think they could have developed their advertising capability separately. As such, ive changed my sentiment to hold, its disappointing, has been a long ride and was just starting to reverse the long term down-trend. I think the company is still great, but now real growth and profitability will be pushed out for years in my opinion.
