So, are you saying that (based on the performance share numbers given) MM's earnings on $10m revenue should be approximately $1.667m (16.67% of revenue) - but their earnings ramp up considerably for every revenue dollar achieved beyond $10m?
So much so that MM's earnings on $13m revenue should be approximately $4.166m (32.05% of revenue)?
Hence the really large $25m purchase price at MM revenues of $13m + pa?
