interesting now I've had the chance to read the deck. it's a Smorgon family company investment, so smart money has backed the business and now assumedly becomes holders of SW1. the revenue step milestones aren't exactly ambitious once they hit $10m, but this is arguably 40% of current revenues. would be good to understand GP and EBITDA metrics, somewhat concerning these are not published.
