We have focused on the business and they business is doing great - in fact its too good. Its exceeded expectations so no issues there.
The frustration is the SP. Its easy to say focus on the business but if you are haemorrhaging on the SP then somethings not kosher.
Let me put it this way - at what point does the SP go down to before you stop focusing on the business and start worrying about the SP? 20c? 15c?
