    Great roadshow - team mainly spoke to the presentation deck.
    IMHO

    In the next 2-3 years, swift will be taken out for $200-$300 plus mil mcap as their advertising strategy comes to fruition. Lee Hunter is a gun and knows how to monetise the advertising side .Current takeover multiples as witnessed by takeover of Ooh Media and APN Outdoor are huge. Swift is the only large player in the closed loop network - content and now, advertising . That’s the moat it has. It’s no longer a glorified provider of Foxtel if anyone thought so previously.

    As mentioned in the presentation, we have 220 mins per day per user’s attention. That’s a lot of time for an advertiser to sell their wares via tailored advertising .

    Again, as disclosed in the presentation - both businesses are complementary

    Swift
    Has the technology , content and expertise having provided these services across different verticals

    Medical media
    Have the large clients - stuck in a closed loop in one vertical - Medical Practices. Swift can now offer movie and other content to the medical practices thus making the waiting experience more barely (35 mins average wait time at medical practices ), onboard clients faster, provide data analytics making the advertisers more sticky plus offer them other closed loop environments such as aged care, resources, retirement sectors where swift already has lots of data and can offer tailored advertising .

    In the next 12 months we will see the business grow substantially .
